Be cautious when visiting this place. A guest was recently sucker-PUNCHED in the FACE by a staff member over noise complaints. While the guest was reportedly shouting and cursing at the open mountain as a way to de-stress (which may not have been appropriate), resorting to physical violence is completely unacceptable. Management should handle conflicts professionally, not with aggression.
