owner is an animal abuser! let's not support an establishment that threatens community dogs and cats. not once or teice this happened, I bet for sure the owner is doing this way before the post online spread. let us be mindful where we are going now, any instances where we see a human doing an abuse, let's be mean and post them online. they need to be shamed and be put into jail, there business to be closed for good too.
